There are many opportunities for your company to be seen and heard by the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association (CPMA). If you would like to heighten your visibility with CPMA members or reach out with information, consider one of the following:
Web Site ads are available at $1,200 for a 12 month period. The ad will be displayed on the Members Only section and the Corporate Members section of our Web site.
Inserts in our quarterly mailings are available for a $500 fee per insert. An insert must be 81/2 X 11 fold to fit a #10 envelope. Contact the CPMA office for additional information.
Classified ads are also available on our Web site. Classifieds are complimentary to members, $250 for APMA members and $500 for Non-Members. Complete the classified ad form and return it with your payment and your ad to CPMA. All ads are subject to CPMA approval. If you are an APMA member, you must include your APMA number in order to receive the member rate. Classified ads run from a maximum of 90 days.
Board of Directors Meeting Sponsorship provides you with an opportunity to meet face to face with approximately 25 of the associations most influential leaders. Our board meeting is attended by our elected and appointed representatives as well as committee chairs when appropriate. Sponsors are encouraged to spend about 10 minutes explaining their product or service to the board of directors. You also have an opportunity to interact with them prior to the board meeting at a small cocktail reception and over dinner as we share concerns and information about podiatry. As a sponsor you are asked to cover the cost of board dinner and other expenses as you deem appropriate for such things as AV equipment, etc. if you need them. The cost of the average board dinner will depend upon your choice of venues and menu items. CPMA staff will handle the details and discuss options with you.
General Membership Meetings are attended by approximately 100 CPMA members across the state. You are given the opportunity to speak for 10-15 minutes on your product as it relates to podiatry. As a sponsor of this meeting, you are asked to cover the cost of board dinner and other expenses as you deem appropriate for such as AV equipment, etc. if you need them. The cost of the average membership meeting dinner will depend upon your choice of venues and menu items. CPMA staff will handle the details and discuss options with you.
Annual Scientific Symposium is held in the spring of each year. Sponsorship opportunities and exhibit booths are available for you to increase your podiatric visibility. View the various levels and their benefits. In addition, exhibit booth space is available. Our exhibit space is one of the fastest growing areas of our symposium and corporate vendors vie for a spot in our exhibit hall. The Exhibitor Prospectus can be found on our Web site under Events.
