2008 Annual Symposium

Platinum Sponsorship — $10,000 and over
- Complimentary exhibit space in prime location with up to four (4) representatives;
- Recognition ribbons;
- A compliementary ad on our new website for one year;
- A complimentary Virtiual Exhibit booth on our website;
- A direct link from our website to your company's website;
- Signage listing your company as one of the sponsors;
- Opportunity to sponsor a speaker for the symposium (at sponsor cost);
- Recognition in all printed media material provided sponsorship is prior to printing of brochures and programs.
Gold Sponsorship — $5,000 to $9, 999
- Complimentary exhibit space in prime location with up to two (2) representatives for meals and events;
- Recognition ribbons;
- A compliementary ad on our new website for sixmonths;
- A complimentary Virtiual Exhibit booth on our website;
- A direct link from our website to your company's website;
- Signage listing your company as one of the sponsors;
- Opportunity to sponsor a speaker for the symposium (at sponsor cost);
- Recognition in all printed media material provided sponsorship is prior to printing of brochures and programs.
Silver Sponsorship — $3,500 to $4,999
- Complimentary exhibit space in prime location;
- Recognition ribbons;
- A direct link from our website to your company's website;
- A complimentary Virtual Exhibit booth on our website;
- Sign listing your company as one of the sponsors.

Bronze Sponsorship — $2,000 to $3,499
- Prime location in exhibit area (price of booth not included);
- Recognition ribbons;
- Sign listing your company as one of the sponsors;
- A direct link from our website to your company’s website.
Patron Sponsor – less than $2,000
- Sign listing your company as one of the sponsors;
- Recognition ribbons.
Table Sponsors
Invite DPMs to join you for lunch. Luncheons include time at the end for CPMA business, so if you have a particular topic inmind for your table, you should plan to present that early in the luncheon. The table will be available to you for the first half of the luncheon time. The second half will be allocated to CPMA business for members only.
Table Sponsor - $500 for Friday or Saturday
- $900 for Friday and Saturday
Included with your sponsorship donation:
- Reserved table for your company;
- 10 seats per table;
- Indentify a topic you will be discussing;
- Invite specific physicians to your table;
- Encourage others to site at your table and learn more about your company;
- All tables will have your company name and sponsor information;
- Table signage (with your company logo, if provided);
- Recognition ribbons.
