Membership Information

Established in 1910, the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association (CPMA) is the premier professional organization representing the Connecticut’s Doctors of Podiatric Medicine. CPMA is a component association of American Podiatric Medical Association. The APMA represents a vast majority of the estimated 15,000 podiatrists in the country.

Membership in CPMA is available to all licensed Doctors of Podiatric Medicine in Connecticut, including those who are in postgraduate training, active practice, full-time teaching positions, or who may not be able to currently practice due to disability. By joining the CPMA, you also join the APMA. Both national and state membership dues are assessed and these dues are determined on a sliding scale in relation to your practice status and number of years in practice, along with other factors. Please contact us and we will be happy to explain the dues schedule.

As a member of CPMA, you receive our commitment to work with you and for you in an effort to provide the best possible membership services and programs. Links below provide a membership application, and contact and membership processing information. In order to join, you should complete the application and mail it to CPMA(in order to join the CPMA you must have your primary practice located in Connecticut) along with all required documentation and dues payments.

We look forward to welcoming you as an CPMA member. Please do not hesitate to contact the CPMA if you have any questions.
