Membership in the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association
Membership in CPMA and APMA is available to all licensed doctors of podiatric medicine, including those who are in postgraduate training, active practice, full-time teaching positions, or who may not be able to practice due to disability. Prospective members join through their respective state component organization. Both national and state membership dues are assessed, and these dues are determined on a sliding scale in relation to practice status and number of years in practice, along with other factors. Please contact us, and we will be happy to explain the dues schedule.
To join, please complete the appropriate membership application, listed below, and mail it to your component society (in the state in which your primary practice is located) along with all required documentation and dues payments. Get more information on your state component's membership process. You can also complete this form to request more information about APMA membership.
We look forward to welcoming you as an APMA member. Please do not hesitate to contact the APMA Membership Services Department at 800-ASK-APMA or Membership_ask_apma@apma.org, or your component society if you have any questions.
