Mastering the Schedule: All about scheduling and how we can be successful (most of the time) if we can understand what it takes to cycle our patients through the office. We will discuss how each person in the practice plays an important role in successfully carrying this out.  

Balancing the Front and Back, "Why we need protocols": Presents a walk through the day for the front and back office staff.  How can we work together and understand what each of our roles are so that we can be helpful, more efficient and create a better workplace for ourselves and the patients who visit us each day.

Tina Del Buono has been a practice manager for 22 years.She has lectured nationally on Practical Practice Management for the past 17 years specializing in complete practice efficiencies, team building, staffing issues, physician/staff communications, manager mentoring, A/R, collection forensics, and practice building protocols.Tina has written over 400 articles on practice management and understands what you envision your practice to be and the challenges to getting it there.

Del Buono has developed GPS –Global Practice Systems to create the road map to get your practice from where it is now to where you want it to be, in small practical, achievable steps.  She is a past President and past Scientific Chair of the ASPMA.  She currently lectures with the AAPPM and is the Scientific Chair for the Western Foot and Ankle Conference assistant programs.
